After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted.

2.2. Physical Products:

  • If you wish to cancel an order for a physical product, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders cannot be canceled once the product has been dispatched.

  • Refunds for digital products or services are not provided once the product has been downloaded or the service has been initiated.

  • In exceptional circumstances, such as if the product/service is defective or significantly different from the description, a refund may be granted at the discretion of The Design Ladder. Please contact us with your concerns within 7 days of purchase.

3.2. Physical Products:

  • Refunds for physical products are only provided if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details of the defect or damage.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, including the original packaging.
